Collaboration that never stops.
A worldwide community where people collaborate continuously across time zones. Build products, launch startups, deliver client work, conduct research, contribute to open source, and create meaningful projects together. Join whenever you have free time to get involved.
As one region finishes for the day, another seamlessly continues the work — Japan → India → Turkey → Europe → the Americas → back to Asia.
Inspired by mob programming
We take the practices that make mob programming work — shared context, collective ownership, frequent communication, rapid knowledge transfer, transparent decisions and seamless handovers — and apply them far beyond software.
For everyone who collaborates
Engineers, product managers, designers, researchers, marketers, QA, writers, data analysts, founders, students and volunteers. If you enjoy working towards shared goals, you belong here.
Commercial and community, equally
Find collaborators, build teams, hire, get paid, launch startups and deliver client work — or contribute to open source, research, education and non-profit initiatives. Neither is the default.
